Ten members of the Kuwaiti armed forces sustained injuries following missile and drone attacks on an army camp, as reported by the Ministry of Defense. The attacks occurred overnight, prompting a swift response from military personnel and emergency services.

Colonel Saud Al-Atwan, the spokesperson for the Ministry of Defense, confirmed that the injured soldiers are currently receiving medical treatment. He also noted that the attacks resulted in material damage, including damage to warehouses belonging to a private logistics company.

In the past 24 hours, Kuwait has faced a significant escalation in aerial threats, with authorities reporting 14 ballistic missiles and 12 drones targeting the nation. Earlier on Sunday, the National Guard successfully intercepted four drones, highlighting ongoing efforts to protect the country from aerial assaults.

Air raid sirens were activated five times at dawn on Sunday as the military worked to intercept the incoming threats. The Ministry of Defense has documented a total of 307 ballistic missiles, 2 cruise missiles, and 616 drones as hostile aerial threats recorded to date.

The situation remains tense as Kuwait continues to address these security challenges, underscoring the need for vigilance and preparedness in the face of ongoing threats.
