The Bahraini Ministry of Interior reported that a strike attributed to Iranian forces targeted a residential area in the capital, Manama, resulting in one fatality and several injuries. The incident occurred early Tuesday, prompting immediate responses from local authorities.

In an official statement, the ministry described the attack as “blatant Iranian aggression,” highlighting the impact on civilian life and property. The preliminary figures indicate that the assault has led to significant casualties, with one confirmed death and multiple injuries among residents.

The General Command of the Bahrain Defense Force provided additional context, stating that their air defense systems successfully intercepted multiple waves of Iranian attacks. Since the onset of these assaults, the military reported the destruction of 95 missiles and 164 drones aimed at various targets, underscoring the scale of the ongoing conflict.

The command condemned the targeting of civilian sites and private property, labeling such actions as violations of international humanitarian law and the United Nations Charter. They emphasized that these attacks pose a direct threat to regional peace and security, calling for accountability and adherence to international norms.

As the situation develops, the Bahraini government continues to monitor the security landscape, with heightened vigilance against further aggression. The international community is likely to respond to these events, given the implications for stability in the region.
