In a recent meeting held in Aden, Dr. Afrah Al-Zouba, the Minister of Planning and International Cooperation, engaged with Peter Hawkins, the UNICEF Representative in Yemen, to discuss the organization’s planned activities for the upcoming year. The discussions focused on expanding cooperation in the implementation of various development and humanitarian programs aimed at addressing the needs of the Yemeni population.

The meeting highlighted UNICEF’s ongoing initiatives in critical areas such as social protection, health, nutrition, education, and water and sanitation.
