Prime Minister Dr. Shaya Zindani conducted a visit to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Aden on Monday, where he assessed the operational workflow and administrative performance across various sectors of the ministry. This visit is part of ongoing efforts to enhance Yemen’s diplomatic presence and improve the management of foreign relations.
During his visit, Dr. Zindani engaged with leaders and staff from different departments, receiving briefings on their responsibilities in managing Yemen’s foreign relations and serving Yemeni communities abroad. The discussions highlighted the ministry’s commitment to improving both administrative and professional standards in diplomatic work.
In addition to the visit, the Prime Minister chaired a meeting with department heads to review the institutional reforms that have been implemented in recent years. The meeting aimed to enhance coordination between the ministry’s departments and Yemen’s diplomatic missions worldwide, ensuring a unified approach to foreign affairs.
Dr. Zindani underscored the importance of continuing the reform initiatives within the ministry, emphasizing the need for institutional efficiency and the advancement of diplomatic efforts. He called for further development of the reforms already in place, particularly focusing on the training and capacity building of diplomatic personnel to strengthen overall performance in international relations.
